Mercer Landmark, in an ongoing partnership with American Farmland Trust, is thrilled to announce the creation of the Consumer Brand Engagement Specialist position—a strategic role designed to deepen our impact within the agricultural community and supply chain. This role will complement our Conservation Agronomist, created through the same partnership in 2022, which focuses on providing farm-gate guidance and expertise to farmers interested in adopting conservation practices or participating in sustainability programming.

The introduction of this role marks a significant step in strengthening the collaboration between two organizations committed to fostering conservation on working lands. 

We believe we can change the paradigm about how farmers are supported and how conservation is practiced. On-farm conservation practices are about preserving the long-term production capability of the land while protecting the environment we all share. This role will help us identify new collaborations and partnerships to enable our farmers to continue to be responsible stewards of the land while delivering a safe, stable, healthy food supply.”
