We are very pleased and excited about the progress being made at our Elgin location. The new addition is nearing completion with a projected occupancy of the second half of January 2021. Our new building will include an office, shop, heated and unheated warehouse spaces.
The Final Project
Our new building will include an office, shop, heated and unheated warehouse spaces. The 4,200 square foot office will contain:
- 9 offices
- Reception area
- Grain receiving office
- Conference room
- Break room
Along with that, our 7,500 square foot shop will have 2 bays with radiant floor heat, allowing for room to work on larger equipment. The seed and chemical warehouse consists of a 4,500 square foot headed area connected to a 6,000 square foot unheated space with a dock.
Safety. Quality. Consistency.
We have added 84×14 foot scales to accommodate larger equipment that is being used today. We have put in consideration to making more room for inbound grain traffic to allow customers a safer experience in their deliveries.
